Returns & Exchanges

We want your feet to be as happy as you are, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn TWOOBS in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your TWOOBS

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them in a mailing satchel to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
